"Ignis." Calm and measured as the Marshal always was, not even looking up from the methodical work on his blade. "Glass of water, right next to you." He was very well aware of what had happened to Ignis, far more than either of the two injured parties knew. Unfortunately, it wasn't the first time he had seen something of this sort, and their bodies had been puzzles that fit far too well together in the story.

Ignis was the sort of man who needed facts, who needed to know what was going on to be able to settle in his mind, but Cor was well aware it had to be done in pieces, in this case, to keep from overwhelming the younger man.
