And again, Ignis shrunk back when Gladio came near. He wasn't even aware he was doing it. All he knew was that he hurt and wanted nothing more than to close his eyes and pass out again. His reasoning mind knew that the potion would help but the base animal in him was petrified and wanted to get away...

Sighing roughly, he wrapped shaking fingers around the potion and did his best to break it open, moaning under his breath when he finally managed it. It eased the pain to something resembling more of an ache than anything and allowed the sluggish bleeding to finally seal up and stop, but Ignis was still pale and shaky thanks to blood loss and the bruises, while not quite as livid as before, were still very evident along his skin.
