Threat or no, Ignis couldn't remain still once he realized that Gladio really did intend on- Gritting his teeth, he pushed that thought away, knowing that something else was at work here. Gladio wouldn't hurt him if he was in his right mind. He had to keep trying to gain some space and actively started wriggling again, his hands snapping out to try and push himself back upright. It was a risk, but it was one he had to take, especially now that he knew he'd be sporting marks from this and he had no desire to try and explain them away if questioned by Noctis or Prompto.
